Dirty Roof!? No More.

Thanks to the power of oxygen, your roof can look like new again with the help of Spencer’s Eco Roof Wash.

After washing thousands of roofs I searched for a product that wasn't as corrosive and toxic as sodium hypochlorite and this is it.

Clean roofs with the power of hydrogen peroxide! Gone are the days of chlorine bleach burning your skin and eyes, this eco roof wash is much gentler to use but still tough on moss.

This 6 pound container makes 24 gallons of roof washing mixture which is enough to wash the average roof.

I have been testing and using this product for MONTHS now and it has been working great.

Mix 1/2 cup per gallon and add 1 ounce per gallon of a quality surfactant (coming here very soon) to get an awesome foamy roof wash mixture!

NOTE: I have a very limited stock but am in the process of making more as we speak. I will get the product to you as fast as I can but me and my team are brand new to shipping and logistics please be patient! Thanks- Spencer

Keep them roofs clean!

Instructions

This product utilizes sodium percarbonate, a powerful cleaning agent that combines the effects of hydrogen peroxide (commonly used in teeth whitening) and sodium carbonate (found in laundry detergents). When mixed with water, it creates a potent yet eco-friendly bleach solution that can clean roofs, sidewalks, houses, fences, and more!

Directions for Use:

1. Mix 1/2 cup of Spencer's Eco Roof Wash per gallon of water.

2. Stir well and allow the mixture to dissolve completely, stirring frequently for 10-15 minutes.

3. For best results, add a quality surfactant like Spencer’s Surfactant to enhance cleaning power.

4. Pre-wet the surface lightly before application.

How to Wash:

- 1 gallon of the mixture covers approximately 250 square feet.

- A 6-pound container can cover around 6,000 square feet (24 gallons of solution).

- This is typically enough to clean most roofs.

Application Instructions:

1. Use a pump sprayer for even application.

2. Apply the solution generously over areas with moss, mold, black streaks, mildew, algae, and fungus.

3. Allow it to sit and work its magic. Rinsing is not recommended as the solution works best when left on the surface.

For Heavy Moss Growth:

- If possible, gently brush off heavy moss and debris before applying the product for better results.

Caution:

- Handle with care. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. If ingested or contacted, rinse thoroughly with water and seek medical attention immediately.

- Do not spray on surfaces you do not wish to bleach, such as windows, copper gutters, or plants.

- Store the product in a cool, dry place. Do not store mixed solution in airtight containers as pressure may build up and cause an explosion.

- Avoid inhaling the solution or its vapors.

- Once applied, the breakdown products are non-toxic, making this an environmentally friendly choice for various cleaning needs.

- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Storage and Safety Information:

- Store in a cool, dry place. Keep the product indefinitely until mixed with water.

- Dispose of unused solution and containers in accordance with local regulations.
